At first glance, it appears to be the moon rising—full, heavy, and glowing low on the horizon. But the longer you stand with it, the more it begins to shift…
Is it the moon?
Is it the sun?

I set out to paint the moon, but something else emerged—
a moment where light and shadow seem to meet in quiet tension, each holding its ground.

There’s a sense of wonder here. Stillness. Strength.
A solitary presence that doesn’t ask to be understood—only felt.
